On June 19, 2019, the honourable Donald Bisson, judge of the Superior Court of Quebec, approved the settlement agreement with the Attorney General of Quebec. To consult the judgment, click here.
This settlement agreement states that each member will be entitled to compensation based on the number of hours of immobilization, which may be increased by 25% if one of the particular circumstances listed in the agreement is present. Each member will be able to receive between $ 350 and $ 1375.
The claim process will begin once the appeal period for this judgment is over. When the claim form will be available, people registered with us or Trivium will receive an email.
