The non-profit association Les Courageuses filed today an application to be authorized to bring a class action on behalf of the victims of Gilbert Rozon.
The action demands just compensation for the victims, but also an award of truly exemplary punitive damages in order not only to punish the perpetrator and deter similar behavior, but to signify the intensity with which our society denounces such behavior.
Les Courageuses are represented by two law firms specializing in class actions, Kugler Kandestin and Trudel Johnston & Lespérance.
