The Court has approved the settlement agreement between the Attorney General of Quebeche and the Plaintiff.
This agreement does not end the class action since there is no agreement with the City of Montreal.
Who is eligible to claim money?Anyone who was immobilized in a vehicle on Highway 13 South or Highway 520 East, in Montréal, between 7:00 p.m. on March 14, 2017 and 12:00 pm (noon) on March 15, 2017.
How? Complete the form on the Administrator’s website at https://reglementautoroute13.ca before November 4, 2019.
How much? You could receive between $350 and $1,375 depending on the number of hours you were immobilized in a vehicle, your age and your state of health. Deductions will apply on this amount for lawyers’ fees (20% plus taxes) and for expenses owed to the Class Action Assistance Fund under the Act.
