The Applicant C.K., represented by Trudel Johnston & Lespérance, filed today an application for authorization to institute a class action against the Centre Intégré Universitaire de Santé et de Services Sociaux du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital). The class action is filed on behalf of all persons who were sexually abused by Gino Londei or Steve Trowbridge, two employees who worked at the Division of Child Psychiatry of the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital.
