Since beginning his practice in 2010, Mathieu has built a wealth of experience at every stage of class action proceedings, from case development to trial. A seasoned litigator, he represents clients in diverse areas that include consumer protection, financial products, and healthcare surcharges. Recently, he and his colleagues led and won a major trial against the Quebec government on behalf of nearly 7,000 taxi permit holders who were expropriated following Uber’s arrival in Quebec.
