TJL represented the Quebec Center for Environmental Law and Nature Québec and in August 2015, they obtained an order from the Quebec Superior Court suspending the deforestation and alteration of the Bois de la Commune wetlands because this work was likely to destroy the natural habitat of the Western chorus frog.
