All persons who resided within 350 meters to the south and 170 meters to the north of the Ville-Marie highway, between Guy and De Carillon streets, between 1998 and 2000 are concerned by this class action.
Class members can now claim their compensation by filling out the form available at the following address: http://collectiva.ca/case-krantz.
All claims must be submitted to the claims administrator before May 28, 2018.
The amounts of the compensations will vary depending on the number of claims, we estimate that between 15% and 30% of members will ultimately claim. In one of the most affected zones, a family of two could receive a compensation of up to $ 5,560 if 15% of members claim, or of up to $ 3,460 if 25% claim.
