Following the orders rendered on December 1st 2016, here are the next steps which will allow class members to file their respective claims:
-At the end of December 2016, you will receive the following documents by mail: notices with details regarding the upcoming steps, the proposed plan of arrangement and a personalized form entitled “Proof of Claim” to fill out in order to file your claim with the Monitor and to vote on the proposed plan of arrangement. This personalized form will indicate the amount of your claim in the class action, which you can either accept or contest.
-On January 23rd, 2017 at 3 pm, an information session will be organized by the counsel representing the class members, Trudel Johnston & Lespérance and Belleau Lapointe, in which you will have the chance to ask questions or raise any concerns regarding the proposed Plan of Arrangement. The information session will take place at the hotel HYATT REGENCY MONTREAL at 1255, rue Jeanne-Mance, Soprano Room, Montréal, Québec, H5B 1E5.
-All claims forms must be returned to the Monitor at the latest by February 14th 2017 at 5:00 pm, Montreal time.
-On March 14th, 2017 at 10 am, a creditors’ assembly, where you will have a chance to vote on the proposed plan of arrangement, will take place at the hotel HYATT REGENCY MONTREAL at 1255, rue Jeanne-Mance, Soprano Room, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H5B 1E5. If you can not attend, please ensure that you complete the “Voting Form” in order to vote in advance or the “Proxy Form” so that someone can vote for you.
-On March 28th, 2017 at 9:00 am in room 16.12 of the Montreal Court House, a hearing will be held before Judge Buffoni of the Superior Court to hear your objections, if any, on the proposed Plan of Arrangement and the class counsel fees and expenses and to approve the Plan of Arrangement.
