Éléonore joined the firm as a paralegal in 2023.
Driven by her desire to discover new things, Éléonore arrived in Canada in 2019. When she’s not exploring the rest of the country, she’s enjoying all the cultural, social and gastronomic variety that Montreal has to offer. She is recognized within the office for her dedication, efficiency and rigorous work ethic.
During her studies, Éléonore had already spent a year as an exchange student in Norway, where she took a master’s degree in international law. She had previously obtained a law degree from the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon. Interested in human rights, she obtained a master’s degree in human rights and humanitarian law at the Université Paris-Saclay. Her master’s thesis focused on international humanitarian law in the context of the armed conflict in Yemen, and she completed an internship at France’s National Asylum Court.
She has also been involved with different organizations. For example, she volunteered with La Cimade, which helps people seeking asylum or migrating to France. Since moving to Canada, Éléonore has continued her activism, notably by working to defend the right to a healthy environment with the Ligue des droits et libertés.
