André Lespérance made a presentation in Seoul during the International Symposium on Tobacco Litigation held in August 2016. The presentation discussed the strategies adopted by each party in the Quebec Class Action against the canadian tobacco industry as well as the particularities which set this litigation apart from other tobacco litigations.
