The Honourable Associate Chief justice of the Federal Court Jocelyne Gagné certified as a defendant class action the judicial review opposing Aveos’ ex-directors to Aveos’ former employees in file T-1290-18.
The authorization of this class action means that all defendants party to the judicial review will be represented by Mr. Mc Mullen and his attorneys.
