Trudel Johnston & Lespérance has been representing the Mobile Legal Clinic (MLC – Clinique juridique itinérante in French), an organization dedicated to improving access to justice for people experiencing homelessness, since 27 June 2025. Our firm is acting as co-counsel in this matter alongside Me Helena Lamed. This case aims to defend the rights to dignity and to life, liberty, and security, as guaranteed by the Canadian Charter and the Quebec Charter, for people experiencing homelessness.
