Pesticides Residues and Other Chemicals in Driscoll’s Berries: a Motion for Authorization was filed

On September 28^th, 2026, plaintiff Sibylle Gauthier has filed a Motion for Authorization to bring a class action against Driscoll’s Canada Operations Inc. and Driscoll’s Inc. regarding the presence of pesticide residues and other chemical at concentrations exceeding the regulatory thresholds in strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries marketed by Driscoll’s in Quebec.
