We are pleased to inform you that the trial in the class action against the Quebec government on behalf of taxi permit holders will run from April 1 to April 24, 2024, for a total of 13 days at the Montreal courthouse.
The class action aims to obtain compensation for taxi permit holders following expropriation by the government, equivalent to the market value of the permits before the reduction observed following the arrival of Uber.
